В статье последовательно излагается фактология формирования нового культурного объекта малого города Арамиль (Свердловская область). Целью такого изложения является описание уникального опыта создания нового городского культурного пространства. Авторы обосновывают историческое и культурное значение суконной фабрики как важнейшего для города архитектурного, промышленного и символического объекта, игравшего ранее важную роль в решении социальных проблем горожан. Идея культурной ревитализации фабрики начиналась с активизации деятельности городского музея Арамили. В 2015 г. проект создания музея шинели одержал победу в конкурсе Министерства культуры Свердловской области на лучший музейный проект. В 2018 г. была сформулирована идея включения Арамильской суконной фабрики в культурное пространство города. В 2019 г. в сотрудничестве Думы Арамильского городского округа и городского музея была начата работа по культурной активации бывшей суконной фабрики. Технология этой деятельности основывалась, прежде всего, на объединении всех заинтересованных сторон и на широких коммуникационных практиках. Проведение в 2020 г. региональной акции «Ночь заводов» в рамках V Уральской индустриальной биеннале современного искусства, получение субсидии для открытия виртуального музея шинели на конкурсе Министерства культуры Свердловской области, получение гранта благотворительного фонда В. Потанина на осуществление проекта «НИТИхНИТИ» стали важными вехами в создании нового культурного объекта Арамили. Стейхолдерами этого процесса стали: Дума Арамильского городского округа, Министерство культуры и Министерство инвестиций Свердловской области, культурно-образовательные организации, творческие организации, бизнес-структуры, СМИ и активисты из Арамили, Екатеринбурга и других городов Урала. В статье выделены способы, инструменты и каналы культурной активации промышленной территории бывшей суконной фабрики и введения ее в современный культурный ландшафт Арамили.

The article consistently presents the factology of the formation of a new cultural object in the small town of Aramil (Sverdlovsk region). The purpose of this presentation is to describe the unique experience of creating a new urban cultural space. The authors substantiate the historical and cultural significance of the cloth factory as the most important architectural, industrial and symbolic object for the city, which previously played an important role in solving the social problems of the townspeople. The idea of cultural revitalization of the factory began with the activation of the city museum of Aramili. In 2015, the project to create an overcoat museum won the competition of the Ministry of Culture of the Sverdlovsk Region for the best museum project.In 2018, the idea was formulated to include the Aramil cloth factory in the cultural space of the city. In 2019, in cooperation with the Duma of the Aramil urban district and the city museum, work began on the cultural activation of the former cloth factory. The technology of this activity was based, first of all, on the unification of all interested parties and on broad communication practices. Holding in 2020 the regional action “Night of Factories” as part of the 5th Ural Industrial Biennale of Contemporary Art, receiving a subsidy for opening a virtual museum of the overcoat at the competition of the Ministry of Culture of the Sverdlovsk Region, receiving a grant from the V. Potanin Charitable Foundation for the implementation of the NITIhNITI project became important milestones in the creation of a new cultural site Aramili.The stakeholders of this process were: the Duma of the Aramil city district, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Investments of the Sverdlovsk region, cultural and educational organizations, creative organizations, business structures, the media and activists from Aramil, Yekaterinburg and other cities of the Urals. The article highlights the ways, tools and channels of cultural activation of the industrial area of the former cloth factory and its introduction into the modern cultural landscape of Aramili.
