Педагогу, работающему в сфере дополнительного образования детей, необходимо постоянно самосовершенствоваться. Участие в конкурсах является одним из ключевых видов деятельности, направленных на профессиональное развитие педагога, однако для достижения высоких результатов, устранения профессиональных дефицитов, ему необходимо комплексное методическое сопровождение. Из основных критериев оценивания, существующих в профессиональных конкурсах, следует выделить соответствие содержания дополнительного образования актуальным областям науки, культуры и технологий. Для освоения инструментов обновления программ региональным модельным центром был разработан ряд дополнительных профессиональных программ повышения квалификации, в том числе, направленных на освоение современных цифровых технологий.

Автор опирается на результаты конкурса лучших практик, ежегодно проводимого на территории Свердловской области для специалистов сферы дополнительного образования детей. Ключевой составляющей конкурса является представление педагогами содержания и результатов реализуемых ими дополнительных общеразвивающих программ. Потенциал конкурса состоит в его мотивирующем воздействии на специалистов этой сферы, поскольку стимулирует их к обновлению содержания дополнительного образования детей для достижения более высоких конкурсных результатов.

The potential of the competition lies in its motivating effect on specialists in this field, as it stimulates them to update the content of additional education for children in order to achieve higher competitive results. Updating the content of additional education for children is directly interrelated with the systematic professional development of teachers in the field of application of modern information and communication technologies in the educational process. To update the programs, the possibilities of interactive online services can be used, allowing you to design various types of tasks and implement distance learning. The article reveals the mechanisms for the implementation of various forms of methodological support for teachers of additional education, carried out by the regional model center at the pre-competitive, competitive and post-competitive stages, with an emphasis on updating the content of additional general educational programs.
